Margarita Levchenko, the author of therapeutic massage techniques, has developed a set of special exercises that allows you to regain youth without resorting to the services of plastic surgeons. The method was so effective that it was called a non-surgical facelift.
What is the essence of the non-surgical facelift technique?
With age, muscles lose their tone, and the skin begins to sag due to gravity. Affects the violation of metabolic processes in tissues, which lead to a lack of fibrillar proteins.
The essence of non-surgical tightening is to restore muscle tone and normalize metabolic processes in the deep layers of the dermis using:
- facial gymnastics;
- face massage.
An important factor is the regularity of the exercises and strict adherence to the methodology.
Facial gymnastics
Gymnastics affects the facial muscles. The processes are similar to those during physical activity in the gym. In the course of training, the ratio of fat and muscle tissue changes, the flesh restores elasticity and the face acquires the correct oval.
Gymnastics covers the following muscle groups:
Muscle | Act | Problem |
temporoparietal | moves jaws | expressiveness of the cheekbones, the shape of the oval of the face |
supracranial | raises eyebrows, displaces the scalp | forehead wrinkles |
ear (back, front, top) | move the ear area | face oval shape |
muscle of the proud | moves the superciliary space | wrinkles above the bridge of the nose |
puckering eyebrow | brings eyebrows to the center | folds on the bridge of the nose |
drooping eyebrow | moves an eyebrow down | laxity of the upper eyelid |
circular muscle of the mouth | produces a narrowing of the mouth, the sound "y" | nasolabial folds |
circular muscle of the eye | closes and closes his eyes | wrinkles on the forehead, bags under the eyes, wrinkles in the temporal part |
raising the angle of the mouth | raises the edges of the mouth | drooping lips |
muscle of laughter | forms a smile, moves lips up and sides | nasolabial folds, laxity of the lower face |
lowering the angle of the mouth | pulls the corners of the mouth down, compresses the lips | wrinkles above the upper lip |
buccal | shapes cheekbones and cheeks | expressiveness of the cheekbones, the shape of the oval of the face |
lifting the upper lip | pulls the upper lip up | nasolabial folds |
zygomatic muscles (large and small) | highlight dimples on the cheeks, create a grin, pull the corners of the mouth | up the expressiveness of the cheekbones, the shape of the oval of the face |
drooping lower lip | pulls the lower lip down | sweet on the chin |
chin | pits, moves the chin | laxity and wrinkles on the chin |
The table shows the problems that can be solved with regular training of the corresponding muscle group.
Facial massage
Margarita Levchenko believes that the second important component of a non-surgical facelift is lymphatic drainage massage. Massage improves blood circulation in the deep layers of the dermis, where the synthesis of the main essential proteins - collagen and elastin - takes place.
It removes excess fluid and stagnant metabolic products from the subcutaneous space and helps to normalize venous circulation. As a result, the puffiness goes away, and the face takes on a healthy look.
The author recommends carrying out the procedure in the morning and when removing makeup.
A non-surgical facelift with Margarita Levchenko allows for a week:
- reduce the nasolabial fold;
- raise the corners of the lips;
- relieve swelling of the eye area;
- tighten the tissues of the upper eyelid;
- restore a healthy color to the skin;
After a month of regular use:
- eliminate the effect of saggy cheeks;
- get rid of a double chin;
- smooth out the nasolabial fold;
- remove wrinkles between the eyebrows and on the forehead;
- make the neck and décolleté areas slim.
As a result, the oval of the face acquires the correct natural shapes. Cheekbones will become more expressive, bags under the eyes will disappear. The upper eyelid will become less drooping and the gaze will not seem heavy. Daily gymnastics can also relieve tension and stress after a hard day at work.

A step-by-step complex of anti-aging exercises with Margarita Levchenko
Exercises should begin by choosing the correct posture. Raise your hands up, then close and take back. Repeat 4 times.
Exercises:
- The first exercise for the muscles of the frontal region. The palm holds the middle of the forehead against the movement of the muscles in the frontal region.Move slowly, you can close your eyes. Repeat 4 times for 10 seconds.
- The fingertips hold the brows and the eyelids forcefully close the eyes. In a closed state, pause for 2 seconds. Ten repetitions, then the same series with a 10-second delay.
- Further exercise on the eyelids. Press the lower ocular region with your fingertips. Keep eyes closed for 10 sec. 4 reps are enough.
- Then hold the upper and lower eyelids with your fingers, and close your eyes with force for 10 seconds. Repeat 4-6 times.
- Relax, stroke your face, check your posture.
- Impact on the nasolabial folds. Take air into your mouth and inflate the right and left sides alternately. Apply until you feel tired 6-8 times on each side.
- Lip preparation. The lips must be pulled forward and made 4-6 circular movements. Then pull first to the right, then to the left with a 5-second hold.
- Exercise for the circular muscle of the mouth. The lips simulate the pronunciation of the sound “o” for 8 seconds. Then relaxation. Further, the pronunciation of the sound “a” with the mouth wide open. 4-6 reps with 8-second delays.
- Fill your mouth with air and move the space behind the lips - first clockwise, then counterclockwise.
- The following exercises are for strengthening the muscles of the neck and forming the correct face contour. The lips imitate the pronunciation of the sound "y", then the words "x" with an 8-second fixation. Repetition 4-6 times.
- Pull the lips forward with the sound "y" while tightening the neck muscles. Delay 8 sec. 4 reps.
- Exercise to form a high neck. The chin must be pulled up, bringing the lower jaw forward. Movements should resemble trying to pick an apple from a branch. Duration - 8 seconds, number of repetitions - 4-6.
- Narrow your lips, close your lips, write an arbitrary word in the air (you can use your name). Perform the exercise with the maximum range of motion. Hereinafter, 4 sets of 10 sec.
- The next step is a very funny exercise for all the muscles in the face. It is necessary to stick out your tongue and look upward.
- Strengthening the muscles of the neck. Bring your hands to the chin and clasp. The face presses on the arms, loading the anterior neck muscles.
- Put your hands to the back of your head and press, controlling your posture. In this case, the back muscles of the neck work.
- The lateral muscles are strengthened when the palm resists lateral head movement.
- Finally, pull your shoulders up, back and down. Then pull the neck up and feel the musculature of the face.
Carrying out a facial massage at home
Preparation for massage:
- Massage the frontal part of the neck from bottom to top with stroking movements, the side and back - on the contrary, from top to bottom. For the back, you can use the ribs of the palms.
- Then the palms stroke both shoulders in turn in the lower direction. Put your right hand on your chest and make movements towards the left shoulder. Perform similar movements on the other side.
- The preparatory stage is completed by repetition of neck massage.
- Perform movements without effort 3-5 times each of the points.
The direction of movement corresponds to the physiological direction of movement of the lymph flow. Impact on the lymph removes excess water and relieves puffiness.
The massage is performed by pressing the fingertips:
- Place your fingers on your chin. The tips make pressing movements along the border of the oval from the chin to eye level. Then the palms go down sharply (in the direction of the lymph).
- Next, the fingers push the line along the cheekbones in the direction of the temples and take it to the shoulders, then they make movements along the massage lines. The forehead is gradually covered with movements from the bridge of the nose to the upper border of the face and temples. Each path ends with the discharge of lymph flow down the lateral sides of the neck. In total, you need to complete 3 passes of 6-9 movements.
- Use your palms to stroke from the nose to the top of the ear and back.
- With the fingers of one hand, part the nasolabial fold, and with the fingers of the other, perform smoothing movements.
- At the end, with the palms, move from the middle of the face to the temples with a sharp drop down the outside of the neck.
Margarita Levchenko demonstrated the results of a non-surgical facelift on herself. At the age of 50, she looks like a young 30-year-old woman, which proves the effectiveness of the technique.
